We provide round-the-clock monitoring, remote control of building engineering systems, and prompt incident response on a 24/7 basis.
The CDS receives and processes all requests, controls and coordinates the mobile team's activities.
Functions of the Central Dispatching Service:
-
24/7 reception and registration of requests from the client and maintenance personnel;

monitoring of fault rectification until full completion of works;
-
notification of the client about critical incidents;
-
coordination of contractors, municipal services, and technical specialists during complex emergencies;
-
maintenance of request history and report generation.
Advantages:
-
qualifications of dispatchers (all specialists hold an engineering degree);
-
promptness of response;
-
automatic registration of alarm messages via BMS (Building Management System);
-
cost-effectiveness (one CDS shift replaces several on-site duty engineers).

-
specialists are trained and hold all necessary permits and certifications;
